About the event
June 23 – Bee Watering Station Volunteers will help kids explore the world of pollinators through clay modeling, painting, and infographics. This is a great opener — expect lots of questions about bees! Your job is to guide kids through the craft materials and spark conversation about why pollinators matter.
June 30 – Seed Starting Kids get their hands dirty planting seeds in small pots to take home. Volunteers will assist with filling pots, planting seeds, and watering — and help families understand basic care so their seedlings actually survive the trip home.
July 7 – Herb Seed Bombs Using paper and herb seeds, volunteers will help kids make seed bombs — small compressed balls of paper and seeds that can be tossed into a garden patch to grow herbs. It's a little messy and a lot of fun.
